Ingredients:
• 5 packets (85 g each) Maggi 2-Minute Noodles
• 2 cans (380 g each) Nestlé Ideal Low Fat Evaporated Milk
• 250 ml (1 cup) water
• 100 ml butter
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 125 ml (½ cup) sugar
• 15 ml (1 tablespoon) vanilla essence
• 1 can (290 g) Nestlé Dessert Cream
• Ground cinnamon for sprinkling
• Fresh gooseberries (optional)
Method:
- Slowly heat the noodles, evaporated milk, water, butter, cinnamon sticks and sugar, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until the noodles have absorbed most of the liquid.
- Add the essence and cool until lukewarm. Stir in the cream. Serve with a generous sprinkling of cinnamon and gooseberries (if using).
